Favorites Recap of 2012

♥Part 1 post of my favorites for 2012♥

Thank You Lord for a wonderful 2012!.

It has been a true blessing of a year. I have had such a great opportunity and blessing to work with some amazing couples,clients,vendors and talented individuals. It's amazing to think of how much I love what I do and the people I get to meet and work with regularly! There have been so many facets of my work this year; photo shoots, music videos, events, floral design... I am super thankful to my amazing interns for their willingness to learn and assist in such a huge way. I am blessed by all the great Photographers iIhave developed great relationships with:

Unfortunately I have not yet received all my 2012 images that are still in editing or being submitted to blogs so I am unable to post a few more of my favorites. Not too worry as soon as I receive those images or they are featured I would love to share them with you all♥

Whats on my Thanksgiving Table.......

SO here is a little personal blog sharing about my small Thanksgiving fete!

I had to work on my last wedding which was on the day after Thanksgiving so a small and sweet brunch with a few family member suited us.

Something fun for the kids table, keeps them occupied and gets them to finish their plate quickly!

The first time we have ever raised and harvested our own farm organic fed turkey! SUCCESS

Thanksgiving Table Centerpiece Tips& DIY Ideas !

So I thought I would share with you some quick and easy tips to decorate the table. Here are some of my favorite easy ways to celebrate Thanksgiving at your table with your family and loved ones!

After all the fact that you are "all together" gathered for a meal is that in itself much to be thankful for! ♥So Make it a Celebration♥

Here are a few of my ideas:

For the DIYer:

Why not take advantage of this Golden opportunity ! Excuse the pun and gild them use gold to celebrate!

You can also glitter paint flame-less candles for sparkle and ambiance! (safe for the kids at the table too!)

Cloches and Dome can showcase your favorite things about the season !

Mercury glass floral piece

In my case I wanted to let all the glorious food aroma surround the table so I opted on using wood flowers and pine roses .
Very Fall like still since I'm not a huge fan of the traditional fall floral color pallet.

Using burlap as a table cloth adds a nice neutral pallet.

Put it all together!

Just add gravy!!

Here is a great way to keep it fun for dessert for the kids and eye candy for the grown ups!

If your not the crafty type take some pretty pumpkins and just drape them with your favorite gold ribbon or fancy trim.
